Ram Khagram
CEO
Ram is a feature film producer with expertise in development, financing, and production management. Trained in film production at NYU Tisch, he founded Terra Productions to build a slate of transnational films with global market potential. His credits include Concessions and Isle Child, both slated for 2025 release.
Malcolm Brainerd
COO
A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts and Prague Film School, Malcolm honed his craft under industry leaders such as acclaimed Hollywood writer/director Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), war photojournalists Gary Knight and Ron Haviv, and New York studio photographer Jill Greenberg.


Jack Saperstein
CFO
A production accountant and entertainment attorney by trade, Jack has spent the past twelve years working in finance and business affairs positions at several major Hollywood studios. Jack’s expertise includes international treaty co-productions, mergers and acquisitions, and tax credit financing. Jack is credited with working on over 300 episodes of television and numerous features. A Dean’s Scholar from Franklin Pierce Law, Jack frequently spends his spare time writing on intellectual property disputes and antitrust regulation.
Yasna Vismale
Creative Director
Multi-media artist and entrepreneur: Composer, digital strategist, and author of “Werk Your Net.” As a Japanese and Afro-Trinidadian American woman who has traveled 20+ countries, Yasna considers herself a “third-culture kid” and citizen of the globe. Yasna is a graduate of Columbia University studying Religion and Sustainable Development as a Class of 1939 Undergrad Research Fellow and Global Kraft Fellow. For her Masters she attended the University of Southern California as a Bleeding Fingers and Sony Music Publishing Scholar.


Kenneth Christmas
Strategic Advisor
A Yale Law graduate, Ken is an entertainment attorney and industry strategist with over 20 years of experience in feature film and television. Over the course of his career, Ken has held multiple senior leadership roles, including General Counsel at MRC and EVP of Business & Legal Affairs at MarVista Entertainment, where he led legal teams and worked closely with senior leadership on strategy and deal making for the development, production, distribution and financing of tv/film content.
