Indian and Mexican-American producer with expertise in story development, feature film financing, and production management. While attending NYU Tisch for Film and Television production, Ram worked under Oscar-winning producers like Ted Hope and Tim Moore. Ram then transitioned to leading his own feature projects as a producer, including Concessions, with multiple releases slated for 2025.

Malcolm Brainerd is an American producer and entertainment entrepreneur based in New York and Los Angeles, specializing in international, boundary-pushing storytelling. A dual graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts and Prague Film School, Malcolm honed his craft under industry leaders such as acclaimed writer/director Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), studio photographer Jill Greenberg, and war photojournalists Gary Knight and Ron Haviv.
Malcolm has championed innovative narrative and commercial projects, collaborating with emerging filmmakers and fostering high-level, mission-driven stories that resonate both domestically and internationally.

Production accountant and entertainment attorney with 12 years of finance expertise at major studios. Specializing in international co-productions, tax credit financing, and mergers, Jack has credits on 300+ TV episodes and numerous films. A Franklin Pierce Law Dean’s Scholar, he is also a published writer on intellectual property and antitrust law.
Creative Director
Japanese and Afro-Caribbean composer, author, and entertainment entrepreneur. A Columbia University graduate and USC Screen Scoring student, Yasna tells historically overlooked stories through contemporary jazz, classical, world, and folk music. She is dedicated to creating narratives with cultural and emotional resonance.
Strategic Advisor
A Yale Law graduate, Ken is an entertainment attorney and industry strategist with over 20 years of experience in feature film and television. Over the course of his career, Ken has held multiple senior leadership roles, including General Counsel at MRC and EVP of Business & Legal Affairs at MarVista Entertainment, where he led legal teams and oversaw production, distribution, and finance operations.
