POLICY CONCERNING SUBMISSIONS

Terra Productions, including its subsidiaries, parent company, affiliates, and related entities (collectively, "Terra Productions," "we," or "our"), maintains a strict policy regarding the submission, acceptance, and review of unsolicited materials. This policy applies to all forms of creative content, including but not limited to ideas, suggestions, notes, scripts, storylines, text, screenplays, articles, treatments, fiction, proposals, videos, marketing plans, promotional materials, program formats, literary works, audiovisual works, musical compositions, characters, artwork, concepts, and other materials or information (collectively, "Unsolicited Submissions").

DO NOT SUBMIT ANY UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS TO TERRA PRODUCTIONS.

Terra Productions does not accept, review, or consider any Unsolicited Submissions. Any Unsolicited Submission received through any means—whether by mail, electronic transmission, personal delivery, or otherwise—will be deleted, destroyed, or returned unread and unreviewed in accordance with this policy.

Terra Productions is constantly developing projects and materials in-house and in collaboration with others. These projects may involve ideas, concepts, and elements similar or identical to those contained in Unsolicited Submissions. To prevent misunderstandings or disputes, we do not accept or consider Unsolicited Submissions under any circumstances. Any similarity between an Unsolicited Submission and Terra Production' projects or materials is purely coincidental. If you ignore this policy and submit any Unsolicited Submission to Terra Productions, you automatically and irrevocably assign all rights of every nature and description in and to such Unsolicited Submission to Terra Productions. As a result: 1) the Unsolicited Submission will become the sole property of Terra Productions, 2) Terra Productions will have the exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, sublicense, distribute, publicly perform, publish, or delete the Unsolicited Submission in any medium, format, or platform, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, and 3) Terra Productions will owe no compensation, credit, or acknowledgment to you or any other sender of the Unsolicited Submission.

By submitting an Unsolicited Submission, you waive the right to make any claim against Terra Productions regarding the Submission, including claims of copyright infringement, unfair competition, breach of implied contract, or breach of confidentiality.

No Obligation of Confidentiality

Unsolicited Submissions are not subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of Terra Productions. We are not liable for any use, disclosure, or exploitation of any Unsolicited Submission, regardless of its nature.
